Domino's Pizza Hermit Park - Townsville

Two out of three pizzas were undercooked and raw! It was wet, even the box was watery, soggy and just dreadful to eat. As seen in pics, can see the crust end was cooked through but the rest is not. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Really upset at the lack of chicken on a chicken supreme pizza. I would also like to point out your over weight driver hit my car with his door and scratched it because he is to lazy to correctly park for his body size. I will be favoring another store from now on Food: 1

I really like to give others a chance to make things right.... However too many times we have had hygiene issues...been in the store and would highly recommend not going to this store as although one might think it's cost effective... Hygiene is a real concern. I have seen staff touching food after scratching their butt and flies in food containers... This shop should be shut down for the safety of the public. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Smokehouse Pizza was very oily and the original base pastry went limp and collapsed as you took it out of the box Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The restaurant messed up our order. We asked for it to be fixed and they remade one pizza (chicken parmy pizza) and hastily put some sauce on the other cold pizza. They also reheated our sides in the hot box. We had to wait 15 minutes while watching all of this before finally getting our order. This level of service from Domino's is completely unacceptable.
