Bidrage med feedbackHow does this place get ratings? We booked, sat down, the staff served everyone but us? I asked to order and was told they had to take someone’s else’s order. After 25 minutes we walked out. Felt invisible… ditch this place and do the great...Thai restaurant just meters away. Their serous impeccable….
As a Brazilian I was expecting to have something at least that could make me feel like I was in Brazil. But…not! Maybe, I went there on the wrong day, just unbelievable! Price was fine, $39pp sounds fair. Service: they are lovely and friendly, but...needs to be trained by someone. Your staff need to be trained what is picanha, farofa and how to cut a simple picanha. Pls, have at least 1 Brazilian working there to brings the real feeling and some direction. :
What a disappointment. I’ll first by saying your staff were pleasant but my god please provide them some support and training. The night went downhill from the moment I ordered sparkling water with the first waitress who took my order, a second waitress brought my...partners drink and not mine which I asked for sparkling water a second time, after another five mins the first waitress comes back and says we don’t have sparkling water in our restaurant, maybe tell me that at the start. The wait staff were all over the place, we waited a considerable amount of time to receive our food and witnessed 4 occasions where the table next to us were brought the wrong drinks. Some guidance and basic training on customer acknowledgment and service is really needed. The food was sub standard and the meat was tough please Atleast spend decent money on the cuts of meat so they aren’t poor quality. The farofa was the worst I’ve ever tasted come on if u can’t get that right in a Brazilian restaurant there’s no chance. Please give your servers some support to learn to cut meat off the skewers properly during our meal 3 seperate staff cut the meat which fell onto the table and expected us to eat it. And finally for heavens sake Atleast employ some Brazilian backpackers to give your restaurant some life and energy that can be replicated in your kitchen as well. Your staff didn’t even know the basics of a Brazilian bbq or words (that are under the English words on your menu)
We were first time visitors as I wanted to try restaurant for a while and food was great and plenty, staff were very friendly and helpful
