Domino's Pizza - Toney

Then, the manager, Mackenzie, approached the window and rudely suggested that if I knew someone looking for a job, she could then get my pizzas ready. After that, she told me I needed to move because there was a line behind me. I had never been asked to pull forward in that situation before. When I asked if an employee could bring the pizzas out to me, she said no, meaning I would have to wait even longer in line in addition to the wait for the pizzas. Frustrated, I decided to park and go inside. To my dismay, not a single employee was wearing gloves, which I found disgusting. I will NEVER return to this restaurant.

I ordered the Garlic Parmesan bread bites, but they were hard, stale, and lacked seasoning. When I called to express my concerns, I spoke with Vanessa, who was incredibly rude. She suggested that I order from a different Domino's if I wasn't happy with my order. This experience was disappointing. They really need to improve.

Been going here since they opened, in the last couple of years, the quality of the food and the attitude and efficiency of the staff have taken a free fall. Do yourself a favor, get a frozen pizza or a Papa Murphy's.

These people really don't care. I'm pretty understanding. I mean, I've worked in food service myself, but if you make a mistake, own up to it and try to fix it. Even the General Manager is rude. Guess they feel like they can act this way, being that they're the only pizza place in Toney lol.

Well to start with you don't get what you order and they say that what I ordered they haven't had it in 20 years. A deluxe pizza comes with pepperoni and a little cheese and that's all. I called in a order about a month ago give or take a day or two I ordered cheese sticks and cinnamon stick and that is what I got. I called place the same order more or less and I get home pop a movie in and it's time to eat. Well I have these little bitty twist things that I don't even know what they are nothing like what I got the first time. Called them and they say don't make those anymore. These people are unreal they told me I had never ordered anything from them. How wrong they are. I'm putting this as nice as I can these people think they know it all I mean they know what I ordered and didn't order they said my phone number has never made a order there and I have had this number for years. Domino's pizza you need to get someone with sense over there instead of a bunch of kids that think they know it all. The bunch they have there now needs help bad. And they all need to put their big boy pants on. It's really bad kids think they know more about your life then you do. Y'ALL SUCK
