Bidrage med feedbackFirst of all, there was not enough parking. Once inside, we waited a long time and were not acknowledged. No drink orders were taken. When the server finally asked if we were ready to order our food, we mentioned we wanted drinks first. The sangrias were watery and several beers my husband ordered from the menu were not available. They never refilled our waters or drinks. The chicken in the piccata dish was overcooked and dry, with no sauce. The piccata sauce was bland. The pizza was average and nothing special. The child's cheese pizza was mostly crust. The only good thing we had was the Caprese salad. The portion sizes were average. It was very loud and we couldn't hear each other. We had to flag down a passing server to get straws. Our server was unfriendly and had many excuses. We do not dine out often, and we were looking forward to a nice dinner after a long day at work. We are very disappointed with the experience and the money we spent. I wonder if this is a normal experience for this establishment or if it was just a bad day. This will be our first and last time here. I do not recommend it at this point.
The waiter was not very friendly and took a long time to bring our first drinks. I had to ask for four different beers before the waiter found one they had in stock. The restaurant was very noisy. Overall, the dinner experience was mediocre. The price per person was over $100. The food was rated a 3 out of 5, the service a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 2 out of 5.
We stopped in for a family night out and were pleasantly surprised to find that they were offering half-priced wine that evening. The hostess was friendly and kept us informed, while our server Preston was kind. The standout of the evening was our food runner, Steven, who was very attentive and answered all of our random questions with kindness. Unfortunately, another server named Joe scolded him in front of us, which was very disappointing. It is our hope that Joe is new to the service industry and not aware that this behavior is unacceptable. We would have given a 5-star rating if it were not for this incident. The shrimp scampi, cheese pizza, and burger were all delicious. The atmosphere was suitable for a family night out, although it was a bit too noisy for a date night. Overall, it was a good evening.
A wonderful, cozy pizzeria with great drinks, plates and desserts. Everyone likes it and we're always glad we went. Sad they are closing. There isn't any place close to their level out here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I'm unimpressed. Starting out we came in for brunch, and waited in line with everyone else, but it took a long time to get everyone through the door; there were quite a few people leaving saying out loud they were going to brown bear instead. We finally got seating for two on the most flat, and uncomfortable seats. We placed our order, and my wife asked for the medium rare burger without toppings, and received her meal with all the toppings and no buns, and also well done cooked! About 45 minutes after sitting down my pizza came and cost 18$ for a 10 inch pizza. The dough is not crispy; it lacks the crunch. The toppings were decent, but the overall pizza was mediocre compared to even chain locations like Marcos, but with a much higher price. I had ordered a single mimosa for $7 it was actually pretty good), and when the bill came they tried to charge us for 2 $14). They fixed the mistake, but had I not been paying attention I would have paid for something I didn't order. I'm underwhelmed for the cost of the experience, and the multiple mistakes we encountered
