Tim Hortons - Tonawanda

The Nepali staff here are extremely friendly and diligent. Even though it was quite busy, the cashier efficiently handled the line much more quickly than at other Tim Hortons locations, where you often find yourself waiting even when it's not crowded.

I ordered a warm coffee, not hot, through the drive-thru and mentioned it to the server, but she looked at me as if I were crazy. I left feeling irritated. On my previous visit, I was ignored in the lobby and went unacknowledged, so I just walked out. It's disappointing to see such poor service. This place doesn't even deserve one star, and I won't be coming back.

One of the better Tim Hortons around. I attribute that to the location. I frequent this Tim Hort I ms more then any other The bagels are always fresh. Sometimes they are short staffed but that's to be expected these days.

I had a disappointing experience with my sandwich recently. Who would slice a tomato that way, take a look at it, and still think it looks appetizing? It completely ruined my appetite. The time before that, the cheese was old, discolored, and tough. It was just gross.

I used to go here daily. Now it is rare. There have been a few times where the coffee tastes like mildew. Clean your machines, filter the water, something...I have felt nauseous all day and can't get the taste to go away. I'm do e with this location.
