The food at this restaurant was mediocre. The BBQ ribs were not very meaty. However, the 2 for $20, $25, or $29 promotion does offer good value.

The waitress was not very attentive. Despite the reservation system showing no availability before 9:45, the restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived, making the reservation unnecessary. We could have eaten earlier if we had known. The food runner tried to serve our food to two other tables before us. The kitchen ticket time was terrible. The all-you-can-eat appetizers were a completely bad idea.

I would give this restaurant a rating lower than poor if possible. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. The fries were cold, and despite asking for fresh ones, I never received them. I had to ask the waitress to remove them from my bill. It was difficult to find waiting staff for the one refill I received. The menus were dirty, the restaurant was messy, and they were understaffed. Overall, my experience was terrible.

First time coming here in a long time. As I've stated before I'm a retired executive chef so I look at things a little different. Every aspect is important...

If I could leave zero I would! I've gone twice and the food was awful! Both time it was cold!!!! Over priced drinks and sub par food. I don't bash places...
