I absolutely love the family dinners on Friday nights! They offer a fantastic vegan chickpea sandwich. Recently, I had them cater an event, and it was amazing. If you're in the downtown area, this is the place to be! They also have great soups and desserts! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

Reviews seemed pretty good so decided to give this place a try for a lunch date. We got the poutine to share as an appetizer and it was ok, definitely underwhelming as far as flavor. I ordered the pastrami Ruben and the bread was burnt, the pastrami was dry and mostly fatty pieces with very little thousand island dressing nor sauerkraut.The pickle was tasty. The waitress seemed bothered and rushing us, even though it wasn't very busy. My cousin got the chicken and waffles which were just ok, very thin but tasty waffle, chicken was not appetizing, but that's just personal preference as it is a thigh piece. This is a great spot for lunch if you work or live in downtown. Unfortunately, they're not open on weekends or evenings. The food is delicious, and there's a nice selection on the menu. However, there's no bike parking available, which is inconvenient if you bike downtown or live nearby.
