Steak N Shake - Toledo

I went to this restaurant with my son. We ordered our food from a kiosk and received a counter with an order number on it. We got double cheeseburger meals with milkshakes. When our number was called, I got our meals but the shakes were missing. I assumed they needed more time to prepare our shakes. After finishing our meals, I went to the counter to ask for our shakes. I was informed that they were on their way, so I returned to my son who had already finished eating. Ten minutes later, I inquired about our shakes again. I had to show my receipt because the staff was unaware of our order. Five minutes later, we finally received our shakes. The shakes were delicious, but the lack of attentive service and being forgotten to receive our order was disappointing. Even though the restaurant was busy, I felt neglected as a customer. I understand that things can get hectic, but there was a consistent but slow flow of customers and I felt like I slipped through the cracks. I would deduct one star for this experience.

The new management is fantastic! They are very professional and truly care about the restaurant. The dining area was very clean and the food was fresh. My children and I will definitely be returning soon!

The service at this restaurant was excellent and quick. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. If I needed anything, a server would promptly assist me. The food was fresh and delicious. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service and dining experience.

The load is sticky and dirty. workers are rude and lazy. good was terrible. mugs that are shooking in holes in the floor. many fly in the restaurant. all about a terrible experience.

Normally good, however I just order three meals and the amount of fries in each one could all together fit into one container. Kinda sad. Photo is straight out of the bag.
