Louie Franklin Park Mall - Toledo

We encountered a suspicious man that made us feel uncomfortable. The manager and the staff made us feel protected and at home and made the situation right. I have never felt so safe and appreciated in a restaurant environment before. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because that’s what is deserved. The manager, Jess, and the bartender, Christine, did an excellent job. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

There's nothing to complain about. Food is adequate and the beer is cold. More or less a cookie cutter establishment for the modern world. Two beers and two appetizers for $44 was kind of steep and there's nothing special about the place to warrant the price but it's an ok stop of you're at the mall

This place has a good atmosphere and that's about it. It's nice for a large party of people because it's a big place. Typical bar food with some other more interesting dishes on the menu. But the food quality is mediocre at best. I've had many of their cocktails and martinis and don't care for them. Most of them are super sweet, trying to cover up the garbage alcohol they use. Service is ok.

Friday night, the place was not busy at all. We had a party of six and was seated in the back of the restaurant. Our waitress was a tall blonde with long hair. She was very inattentive to the point we had to keep waving her over, that happened several times until she started ignoring us, she literally looked me in the eyes and ignored me as I waved her over and did the same to my cousins husband. It looked like she only had two other tables so not sure why we were so ignored. We ordered about four appetizers, the cauliflower was disgusting so don’t bother, they can certainly come up with a better recipe or do Brussels because your cauliflower was basically raw, no taste, no dipping sauce. We didn’t eat it and it sat on our table, along with many other dirty dishes and glasses our entire meal. My salmon was over cooked and the cauliflower couscous was so spicy I almost choked, I sent it back and didn’t bother to order anything else, by the way there is NO MENTION of it being spicy and I like spicy so this was just way over spiced. Had the service been good and the food we would have stayed and spent much more than the 220 we wasted. We will never be back to this restaurant and you should be quite embarrassed if you manage this place.

I'm out of town and I sat at the bar. Ashley took care of me. Very spoken, beautiful, sweet and very attentive!
