Arby's - Toledo

The drive thru was slow and the chicken salad sandwich I ordered was old the apples were brown and the salad only filled the middle of the bread, I took it back inside and while I was waiting I saw an employee handling bread without a gloves on , I don't think I will be going back to the Alexis road store?

Everything at this restaurant is great except for the extremely rude staff, especially in comparison to other restaurants in the Toledo region.

The service at this restaurant is terrible - incredibly slow and the food is never fresh. The workers do not wear gloves when handling food, and those with long hair do not wear hair nets. Food safety is definitely not a priority at this establishment. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
