Hard to get to and not great parking. Good coffee. Average food

BEST BURGER IN TIMARU. Called in saturday 10th march 2018. Orderedv $6 takeaway beef burger as didnt want a pathetic maccas. OMG was delicious. Patty looked home made and filling/bun was huge! Youd be a fool not to stop here.

I liked Mr Jacks. The staff weren't just friendly, made you feel welcome. The food was good, including the option of buying yesterdays food heavily discounted. The coffee was good. The view was interesting, looking out on the main road coming into Timaru. There is some off road parking. It's small, noisy if you have to sit outside, and blandly decorated. But had a great feel about it. We didn't try the takeaways, so can't comment on those.
