Little India - Timaru

I’m very disappointed with the service at Little India Timaru. The customer service is by far the worst I’ve experienced in New Zealand. Despite being ready to place an order, there was no response for a long time, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about the customers at all. What made the experience worse is that they don’t allow kids to have their own food at the table. As a parent of young children (2 and 4 years old), this policy is unreasonable, especially since their menu does not cater to young kids. My children couldn’t eat anything from their options, leaving us in an uncomfortable situation. This level of disregard for customers, especially families, is unacceptable. It’s truly disappointing to see such poor service in what should be a welcoming environment.
