Cod fondue is incredibly creamy, but also desserts are exceptional! Taste the cream burnt, worthy of great chefs... and the mango grilled on chocolate and air biscuit, delicious! Tignes' best address.
At first, I wouldn't have thought of going to TIGNES to discover a restaurant with Basque specialties... now that I tasted, I'll follow them where they would be. The welcome is young, simple and warm. The kitchen? Perfect! 3 times is not enough, but the limit of the characters is obliged to reason me. The dishes are rich and well sought after. I recommend (without limit this time) for all lovers of good culinary associations. Bravo again but especially thanks because it was divine.
We went there twice and twice not disappointed. Very good restaurant, good reception. Do at least once during the holidays.
Digne of a great gastro, without chichis!! A real surprise! The trout tartar, a refinement! Leafness of pigeon, stuffed bits, trumpet juice of death, an explosion of flavors, vegans, pass your way, cooking melting meat! We recommend I expected dessert! No disappointment! The gourmet dessert has 8€, in comparison to some low-end restaurants, which allow the same rates... I summarize: a gastro at very reasonable prices..
