Wendy's - Thomasville

The order was completely grounded. order 2 children happy meal times and we were a 4-piece nugget served on a tablet no happy meal box,ries or toys. there is a reason why we have ordered for the children happy food. we had to make 3 rides in the counter to get the riders, then the box and then the toy. this restaurant is completely unorganized.

I wanted to be here to get a quick lunch. it was over to take my whole break, just to get a bag. we spent about 25 minutes waiting in the line. we started ordering them waiting to tell us at the window that they were from all soda so that we had to choose between tee or limonade. no big thing, but they should have just told us that while we ordered. then we got our food. it looked, inconspicuous. it was very busy so we didn't want to keep the line, but the order seemed right. I was wrong. I ordered a hot chicken honey. I got a hamburger with 5 pieces cheese and it was cold. it was also not really wrapped up how the half of the bungalow was exposed and the toppings just moved around. to cover everything, they didn't give us a straw. I was here a few weeks ago and it wasn't that bad. I don't think I'm coming here this afternoon. or maybe I'll just avoid everyone together.

There is no surprise that the evaluation is so low that the unheard work there, from the manager geeking on the corner to the employees who are blurring in the inner. it is not an surprise that my order was not where close to what was placed. now with some facilities they expect a type of mistake, but when they order the breakfast “maple bacon huhn croissant” and get it. After waiting for 20 minutes on the parking lot, just say: “Berry that we have forgotten about them.” I will never draw someone or take the time and energy to recommend, let alone, take the time to eat in this sub par apologise of a restaurant.

If I could leave half a star, I would. I'm not sure what they were up to when I came in to order, instead of using the drive. it took 25/30 minutes to take for my order because a new employee who really works the inner on himself while others are busy with food supplement. there is not only manager white short/heavyset male) going up to ask this poor girl who can work hours she can, but goes up a series of times and not even he offers her to help. I just think that they should not allow new employees for this occasion to lead the register and the dining room to work alone. light experience

They usually have coffee in the afternoon and evening. I 'm a night shift nurse, and I drive long trips to see family in other states. For some reason, no one sells coffee after 4 or 5 pm. ???! Night shift nurses can 't get coffee at McD 's, or Taco Bell. Some are honest they just aren 't making it. But usually they lie and tell you their machine is down. But Wendy 's has coffee. The line isn 't usually slow. We 've all done forever lines since COVID... Not enough help. This Wendy 's seems to be faring better for help. We like this Wendy 's when it 's a Wendy 's kind of day.
