Bidrage med feedbackI have been ordering on and off from Marco's for a month and understand there is no such situation as food perfection everytime. The Marco's customer service was noteworthy via telephone conversation with the On-Duty Manager. On-Duty Manager said it was a glitch in the ordering system, which caused an incorrect order delivered. I got the refund processed thru the third party delivery service and made sure the driver kept their tip. Thanks again and have a good year.

Have been disappointed in past but this last time marcos have lost customer forever. The store manager and general manager that they called themselves had no skills to be working with the general public. Complaint should say I'm sorry how can we make this right. Not hang up.
