I ordered a medium iced vanilla lattè with oatmilk, and it was repeated back to me correctly. I definitely got a large, and it definitely wasn't any type of dairy free milk. I understand that mistakes can happen, but often, when someone orders a milk substitute, it is because of an allergy or intolerance. I don't mind getting the wrong size (and paying for it) or flavor, but the wrong milk can have large consequences for me, especially when I'm not aware of it.

Medium hot mocha came out the perfect just hot enough to drink right now temperature. (If you need scalding, ask for it?)Everything bagel sandwich also delicious for a quick breakfast bite that’s filling.Great pick me up to see a smiling face happily sharing liquid gold with the world. ?Best option for an easy morning in town.
