Taco John's - Thermopolis

Overall I like Taco John's. This store must have had new staff and no management supervision during my visit. They were nice, just confused and couldn't get the orders right. I am sure it may be better next time.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 Super Potato Ole is tater tots with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, beef, tomatoes, very small scoop of neon green guacamole, and two dollops of sour cream. It said it had refried beans but we couldn't taste or see it. Very salty dish overall Super Burrito with beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and sour cream. Very uneven in filling where one of the bites was just mostly raw onions and another just mostly sour cream Taco Burger really was just taco filling inside two hamburger buns. Tasted how it sounds Ambience: 3/5 typical fast food chain but the chairs were worn down with holes and the tables a bit sticky Service: 3/5 two workers were sitting at the booth and got up when they saw us walking towards the restaurant. Very short in their speech and didn't feel like they wanted to be there Value for price: 3/5 pricer than most fast food especially for the food quality

We went through the drive through, and I tried the refried beans. Service was great, food was hot. Beans were bland except for a little grated cheese on top, which was fine. There was also some spicy hot red sauce on top as well, which I didn't like at all. Had I known that, I would have ordered the beans without this sauce. Nevertheless, I won't get this again. Our driver got a burrito with meat, cheese and potatoes. He loved it, and it did smell wonderful. Our other diner ordered the Crunchy Chicken. It also smelled great. This reviewer has numerous food allergies and other concerns which limits my options on the menu.

Well , to the new manager, I'd recommend making the food so people want to come back. Make it where the food was sooo good that they crave it again. This has been my experience with other taco John's in the past. For 30$ today you dropped the ball .

They kept my boyfriends card for about 10 minutes then said it was declined so we gave them mine, they charged both of our cards and the food was cold the potato olay were soggy. trash
