Pizza Hut - Thermopolis

I'm sorry to say my favorite place to eat is sliding. I went in after church for a personal pizza and 1 trip salad. I was very disappointed to see only lettuce and cheese on the salad bar..plus a few tomatoes, olives and pickles that looked nasty. I askif it could be replenished and was told it would be as soon as he got my pizza in. The one waiting on me had a very dirtyuniform on long bushy hair and a black eye. The salad bar was never refilled up another person come out with a small bucket.Plunked some of the things left into the bucket and mixed it up there. Then poured it(pasta salad) back into the empty dirty paninstead of getting a clean one. There were 4 people on the busyclock and doing nothing. There were 2 customers as well asmyself, so they were not busy. It has gotten continously worse in the last 5 months. It's no wonder they have no business, butI've always loved the food and hate to say I won't be going back. I never did get a salad, but watching a dirty container getrefilled told me I didn't want salad.

Food was ok, service was good. So many flies in the business it was hard to eat without being annoyed.

Saw a bugs flying in and out of the ice part if the drink machine. Couldn't find ANY trash cans to throw straw wrappers away (I hate leaving a table full of used napkins amd straw wrappers! They also didn't have any trays available so our pizza had tobree brought to the table in a take out pizza box. But, the gal who helped us was nice, and the pizza wasn't bad.

I don't know what has happened over there but we got pizza the other night a box with 2pizzas and cheesy sticks, also paid over $7 for cinnabon. The pizzas were Soo salty! There was hardly any cheese and our Hawaiian didn't have much if any ham. Sorrybut this was a terrible backslide from only a few months ago. And I gave them a 20% tip for their trouble, wish I hadn't.

Clean, cool and good food. The staff are really friendly and helpful despite their electronic payment system falling.
