La Marine - Théoule-sur-Mer

Had stopped here some years before for lunch on our way from Ste Maxime to Nice so decided to do so again. As there were just two of us, the waiter preferred us to take a small table not a bigger one right overlooking the...sea but that was fine. It was shady and we could still enjoy the view of the beach. The restaurant appears to have read previous reviews as the menu now has descriptions of the dishes in English under the French ones for those whose French is not good. Our meal was excellent. As well as a la carte, there is a set menu of starter and main or main and dessert 27). We had salad Nicoise with tuna and also grilled sardines, then sea bream and beef. The food was excellent and well-presented. We certainly didn't experience any problems as mentioned in previous reviews and would certainly stop here again.

My partner and I have celebrated a jubilee and so glad that we chose this restaurant. during the service crashed from outside, the service was friendly and attentive and eating brilliant. michelin star quality eat but with a much more relaxed and reasonable portion. we would like to go back for a start with family or friends

We came 9 people for dinner and drinks. No English menu and they forgot the food for our 2 year old. When it finally came, the meat was raw. The food I had wasn't good and the ones ordering fish was disappointed. Don't go here,...there are plenty of places to go that are better.

Never left a restaurant before ordering. The dining area near the sea outside looked nice and was 100% empty. We decided to enter and sat down with 5 at a table near the beach. Suddenly a waiter was shouting at us. We where not allowed...to sit near the beach at this 100% empty restaurant. We had to sit in the middle of the empty terrace in the hot sun without an umbrella. we left before we could order because the insulting and arrogant waiter denied us a seat with a view and shade. Please be warned. Never go here! It's awful.

My partner and I went to celebrate an anniversary and so glad we chose this restaurant. Whilst understated from the outside, the service was friendly and attentive throughout and the food brilliant. Michelin Star quality food but with a far more relaxed and reasonable portions....We’d happily go again for an occasion with family or friends
