Mcdonald's

Lobby with about 13 people waiting to order, only 4 kiosks operable. TWO different managers said “You have to order on the kiosks, no orders are taken at the counters”. More people coming in than ALL OF A SUDDEN orders were being taken at the counter!!! The people that were ALREADY WAITING to place order on kiosks were SOL! This place is a JOKE!!!!!!

Always get sent to the side to wait for my order if there’s a line or not. Most of the time my order is wrong and our fries are always spilled in the bag and condiments sitting directly on them. No telling what is on the packets that are touching the open food and that is disgusting and health hazard.
