El Gallito Regio (food Truck)

NO STARS!!! Guys do not go here. I usually make the travel to Que Pollaso on telephone rd, but decided to try El gallito . Since it 's closer to me. I placed an order ahead of time and had my daughter get off and ask for the order under my name.My daughter did not know what I had ordered she just asked for my name right. That 's why they take names) well, we got home and opened the order that was not ours, I ordered mixto and only had chicken. It had a VERY BAD SMELL, VERY DRY AND BURNT, BEANS ARE SALTY ANS RICE IS HARD. Called them back and spoke to a gentleman whom I Mention to we received the wrong order. I told him I was taking this chicken back and picking up mixto to which I paid 30 plus dollars. Lady at the front got an Attitude with my daughter telling her I asked you if you ordered a chicken my daughter responded I didn 't hear you I just asked for an order under my mom 's name. She took the chicken back took it to the kitchen and may have put it on somebody else 's order not sure but DO NOT GO HERE Spend your money somewhere else where they are grateful for your service ¡¡¡SIN ESTRELLAS!!! Chicos no vayan aquí. Usualmente hago el viaje a Que Pollaso en el teléfono rd, pero decidí probar El gallito . Ya que está más cerca de mí. Hice un pedido con anticipación e hice que mi hija se bajara y pidiera el pedido a mi nombre. Mi hija no sabia lo que habia pedido ella solo pregunto por mi nombre cierto. Por eso toman nombres) bueno, llegamos a casa y abrimos el pedido que no era nuestro, yo ordene mixto y solo tenia pollo. MAL OLOR, MUY SECO Y QUEMADO, LOS FRIJOLES SON SALADOS Y EL ARROZ ES DURO. Los llamé y hablé con un señor a quien le mencioné que recibimos el pedido incorrecto. Le dije que estaba devolviendo este pollo y recogiendo mixto a lo que yo pagué más de 30 dólares. La señora del frente obtuvo una actitud con mi hija diciéndole que le pregunté si ordenó un pollo, mi hija respondió que no lo escuché, solo pedí un pedido a nombre de mi madre. Ella tomó el pollo de vuelta lo llevé a la cocina y es posible que lo haya puesto en el pedido de otra persona, no estoy seguro, pero NO VAYA AQUÍ gaste su dinero en otro lugar donde estén agradecidos por su servicio

Order a parrillada for two. I expected to be flavorful but it was bland food rice is bland charro beans also hot sauce is okay. I had come here before and it was awesome not this time. Disappointed

I ordered from here two days ago, and I was disappointed. All the meat I received was too hard to chew. Half of the meat was just fat and rubbery. The chicken was good but very dry. The sausage was very flavorful. Overall I would have to give this place a 2.3 out of 10. I heard so many good things about this place but I was disappointed in the end. Hopefully with this review it will help them improve.
