Didn't feel like the atmosphere portrayed on the commercial

I go for the Cinnamon Rolls and Spinach Pizza ? never disappointed

We visited over the weekend. Buffett table had a better variety compared to other locations, however the staff was a bit rude. Multiple tables were still not cleared off, had to ask a staff member to clean and they rolled their eyes. Bathroom needed service as well. There was not that busy of a crowd when we were there not sure why these things went undone. Place was too dirty for me dont think we would try this location again. Im gonna stick to the one by me

Terrible Pizza had the taste and texture of cardboard. Unfriendly staff. Unsanitary buffet line, tables, floors the list goes on. It was just awful skip this cici’s location go across 610 to Spanky's!! I certainly wish I did.

Friend of mine told me to try this place because we were with his kids. Worst pizza ever, no taste, and dry,
