Jack In The Box - Texas City

Horrible service. I ordered churros and they didn’t add the sugar and cinnamon. I call them and Mng stated he’d re make them and i came in and he literally just added sugar and cinnamon and shook the box. I requested fresh churros. Horrible service

The food was tasty and warm and the drive-thru wait wasn 't bad at all. I never think to go here and hadn 't been in over a year. I 'm hooked now. The Tiny Tacos are So Good and I think it is a fair price $3.50 for 15). It 's right down the road from my work so I will definitely be stopping in frequently on my lunch breaks for a treat . I 've heard very good things about their Sweet Cream Ice Coffees so I gave it a try. It was just okay. I got the Vanilla one. Nothing I would necessarily get again, but I wasn 't disappointed either. The dining room was closed due to staffing shortages and for social distancing. There was a sign on the door but it was on the bottom half of the door so I didn 't even notice it until I had walked up to the door and wondered why it was locked. The sign blended in as advertisement so I was a little disappointed that they didn 't make it more clear that the dining room was closed. But overall I was very satisfied. I went once my first time in over a year to any Jack in the Box location) and have since gone back in less than a week. I wish they would have put out coupons in flyers or something to have gotten back in there sooner because I feel like I 've been missing out.

As usual I had to go to the other Jack because I drove down to the one on Seawall and even though again it said dining room open, it wasn't. Door locked. You can't even sit outside because homeless people are taking up all the space. Very irritated with this same scenario as it was a few months back. I never like to eat where they don't seem to teach the employees how to make the food. Again I always loved the Bonus Jack and two Monster Tacos, but you can't even get in to get them. I'm pretty much done with Jack in the Box. If they don't care, why should I.

At the drive thru, waited in line for 15 minutes to place our order to get told they were closed already! It is only 10:57 p.m the site says they close at 12 midnight! Very disappointing!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered two of the cluck deluxe sandwiches, and had to clarify we wanted the double, not the single after he put the single in, he corrected it on the screen, and we continued ordering. We ordered a cheese and jalapeno sauced and loaded tots, and an order of churros. The churros we correct, the sauced and loaded tots we half empty, and had a couple of jalapenos and a small splash of cheese in then. The curly fries for the combos were half empty. The sprites for the combos were completely flat and almost no syrup. Both of the chicken sandwiches were singles, not doubles. Not happy at all to be charged the extra $2 per combo and still get a single. Won't be back.
