Bidrage med feedbackNeeded a quick stop for a late dinner after picking my husband up from the airport. I had recently had a burger from a store in Flint TX that was delicious. This store, however, is off my list forever. There were only 2-3 customers in the store when we gotthere and very few in the drive thru. We waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers, fries and onion rings Everything was cold, dry andlacked flavor. We ate it but I wish we would have said something right after we were served and noticed it didn?t taste good.After I finished I walked to the bathroom and noticed the girl doing the French fries had about 20 fries prepped and ready togo! No wonder they dry out. I will not go back to this whataburger ever. I?d rather finish my drive home hungry. Good riddance!
Incredibly slow. Zero sense of urgency. Every order was an inconvenience for the staff. Manager was within sight, but not helping. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 French fry. I waited 20 minutes inside and they weren't busy. Visited 8/21/2022
I urge management to address the issue of inaccurate pick-up times for mobile orders. I was told my order would be ready in 6-9 minutes, yet my wife and I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes past the promised time. I understand that the longer an order stays in the queue, the more it negatively affects the restaurant's performance. However, this shouldn’t excuse the lack of transparency about being short-staffed and pushing orders through the queue as if they are ready when they are not. I am extremely disappointed. I will ensure that I, along with all my friends and family, stop using this app, as it has proven to be ineffective. The experience remains poor, with bad customer service and long wait times. It's particularly frustrating to see that even with an ahead-order, my meal arrived after several drive-thru customers and walk-ins who ordered after me. In the end, I paid $30 for cold food and wasted half an hour of my time that I could have spent at home if I had known the food wasn’t actually ready! But I guess you’ve already got my money, right?
I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my order, and as someone from Nevada, I was really looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. There was nothing special about it at all; In-N-Out is far better. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the wait, but it just wasn't enough to make up for the experience. I won't be returning, and I will definitely advise my friends and family against going there and wasting their money. On a positive note, my wife did enjoy her meal.
I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the drive-thru speaker is incredibly difficult to hear, which is quite frustrating! Everything else at this location is fantastic, but please consider upgrading that drive-thru speaker. Once you do, you'll definitely earn my 5 stars!
