The Habit Burger Grill - Tempe

I have been going to this restaurant for a while now, but recently started using their take-out option when I don't feel like cooking. The burgers are delicious and have a nice, fizzy flavor. The chicken bites are always cooked perfectly and I especially enjoy their grilled cauliflower. Their customer service is also excellent! When there was a mistake on my order, I called customer service and was told that if I returned with my receipt within 2 days, they would replace the item. I did so, and the woman working there went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. It truly felt like a special treat to receive such great customer service.

Never been here before, but we came down to go to a restaurant on the banks of Pier 32 and it was absolutely terrible so my son found this place nearby. We came in and it was nice and cool, very clean and comfortable. Our food was very good and I never eat fast food. I really wouldn't put this place in the fast food category. Good food, friendly staff and nice restaurant.

Wow... I was very disappointed by the small amount of pumice they give you here. That was my first visit and I probably won't be back. You need an option to get a larger number of frits, not only ANOTHER order for $3 more! The burger was good, though VERY pink. I enjoy the car's bang! But the fries made me wish they were better than mediocre. $14 for the double cheeseburger, medium pommes and a big drink?

Even one star is too generous. We have been dining at Habit for years and have always had a great experience until tonight. We ordered salads to take away and when we arrived home and opened them, they were absolutely revolting. The lettuce was a dark brown color and completely soggy and wilted. It was difficult to even identify it as lettuce, it was just a mushy mess. Since the change in management, our experience has drastically declined. Extremely disappointing!
