Black Rock Coffee - Mesa

We did not have a good experience at this particular Black Rock Coffee Bar. The staff was unfriendly and the wait time was long.

I absolutely love this place! Despite having fewer staff members compared to other coffee drive-thrus, the service is surprisingly quick. The baristas here are truly talented. I tried the Carmel Blondie Chiller, a deliciously sweet drink, and was impressed by the presentation.

This coffee shop is a lovely alternative to others. I especially love their Caramel Blondie and their energy drink, which is similar to Red Bull. I appreciate that their prices are reasonable and they offer a wide variety of drinks. It's quite enjoyable.

I think I went on a bad day because usually I love black rock! I went this past weekend and had a long wait in the drive thru. I really don’t mind that. I repeated my order three times per the baristas request. I just wanted cold brew with some sweetener in it. They handed me a horrible beverage and shooed me away. There was no opportunity to tell them it did not look right. I threw it away as the flavor was horrible. I’ll go back to black rock but not this location.
