Pizza Hut - Tempe

I wish I could give this place a zero. It’s currently 7:37 PM, and I ordered my pizza at 5:43. I understand it’s Sunday night during football season, so I expected some delays, but this is ridiculous! I spent 40 minutes trying to reach someone on the phone, but it just rings and then disconnects. All I received was a text informing me that my pizza would arrive via DoorDash at 8:08 PM. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced!

My local delivery service was closed, so I decided to pick up my order instead, which turned out to be easier than paying for delivery. I really appreciated how smoothly everything worked, and they were quick with my order. I definitely recommend this place. I give it a 5/5 for speed, accuracy, comfort, and overall pizza satisfaction!

I ordered a box dinner and made my payment, which was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received my order. I contacted them twice, and both times they told me it had been picked up. The issue seems to be that I didn’t order through their app but used the Pizza Hut app instead.

Came with my family and the service was very good, can not complain for free! will definitely be back soon

Food was awesome?, well cooked the delivery was right on time.
