Bidrage med feedbackThis load was in a zombie-like unopened but not off-the-job condition since about 5 weeks, ugly for the maintenance. Just before it was not opened, it seemed to do fleeting business, also by it was often kept from some articles like early rolls, and not the full menu options for the last 2-3 hours of most days.
My and my son was vaccinated, everything looked old like my brokkoli? was slimmy it has been sitting since a while, keeping the presentation of the food look great, even if the eating is not
I went here as a door dash driver on December 29th at 2:12 PM. The lady at the register would not give me the food unless I showed her my phone. As I was reaching to show her my phone, she looked at the door dash driver behind me and asked what name he was there for. She proceeded to hand him the food before looking at my phone and giving me my food, and never asked to see his phone. As a black man, I don't see how this can be proceeded in any other way other than discrimination.
Went to go pick up a dinner on christmas and was told the lobby was closed. When I asked if the drive they was open the staff person rudely replied “the lobby is closed.” Proceeded to the drive thru (which had 8 cars waiting in line) and was then told they were out of food. I have no issue with them running out of food on christmas (it happens) but the rudeness and attitude of the staff person was uncalled for and she could have politely told me when I was in the lobby that they were out of food.
The worst place to go, tonight I order a meal for my kid and I. EVERY time I order the Teriyaki chicken there is always a 15-20min. wait, no matter what time of the day. As I paid, the driver threw cashier Natalia G, was EXTREMELY RUDE. She told me to park in the front of the store, because the food was still cooking. I moved up a little bit and realized there was no parking space whatsoever and the traffic was heavy. I looked back in my view mirrors and see Natalia yelling at me, telling me to MOVE! and go to the front. I told her Wait, there are vehicles moving and there are no more space to park in the front. I see ppl ready to leave from the front of the store, I was ready to move and park. Natalia G CONTINUES to yell and keep saying MOVE! while using hand gestures. It 's like she wanted me to drive into traffic to get hit, so I can get out of the drive threw line. The only space that was open was the Walmart parking lot, but how would they know what vehicle or person to give the food to? As I parked and in disbelief of what happened, I went into the store and asked for a refund. I wasn 't the only person that was dissatisfied. Another woman needed a refund for her poor quality of food. We were both told, no refund we can 't get our money back. No one had authority to do it, because there was no manager. For some reason they did not know the cooperate, store manager, or company phone number. We were told to come back in the morning to get a refund. Leslie was the only employee that helped and was in charged. She witnessed how Natalia G behaved towards me and apologies on her behalf. I told Leslie that I wanted my money back to take my business else where and that there was no reason for Natalie to talk to costumers like that. Leslie and I quote, I agree with you and I will talk to her. Since I couldn 't get a refund, Leslie wrote on the receipt to have two plate of two side entrée of food comp on my next visit. I don 't know how much this is true, or how reliable this is for some employee to just write on the receipt.
