Barro's Pizza - Tempe

I visited Barros tonight and was surprised to find the place empty. We ordered a well-done pepperoni pizza, but after waiting 35 minutes and seeing another customer who arrived after us get their order, I decided to ask about our pizza. One employee went to check on it but never returned. After asking another staff member, our pizza finally came out. It was clear that they had forgotten to put our pizza in the oven! We asked for it to be boxed up to take home, and once we got home, we discovered that we had a lightly-cooked, doughy pepperoni pizza. Thanks, Barros! It was a strange experience and quite a disappointing pizza!

My order did take a bit longer than I anticipated. When I entered the restaurant, Kylie immediately informed me about the delay and apologized. She then notified her manager, who kindly offered me a complimentary drink. Kylie was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my order, which I truly appreciated. I find that many people often do not recognize the hard work of those in the service industry, treating them poorly instead of showing gratitude. So, thank you, Kylie, for coming to work and providing me with excellent service. My food was delicious, and the wing flavor was a hit! I will definitely continue to visit this location. Just as a side note, my wait wasn’t as long as expected; I was out with my food before 4:00 PM.

Have been going to the pizza locations in East LA for many many years and this location flavor service is the same top notch I don't know if they are affiliated but they are good okay great I'm not going to put Los Angeles I'm going to take it back offand put each loss right

The pizza and wings here are exceptional. The wings arrived hot and generously coated with sauce, and the medium Buffalo sauce had the perfect level of heat. They were also large and packed with meat. The pizza was fantastic as well, offering great flavor, plenty of toppings, and a light, fluffy crust. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean and tastefully decorated. The service was polite and friendly, making for a wonderful dining experience.

I ordered 24 piece wings online 8/13/2022.I wanted them half and half. Half barbecue and half medium check my statement on my debit card instead of charging me $32.00 they charged me $64.00 so which means they charge me twice for one order not to mentionthat the wings were really dry will not go back there which is too bad cuz I really did love their Pizza not sure why theycharged me twice for one order!????????????????
