I must admit that I was a bit confused due to my friends' gluten preferences, so I forgot to inquire about dedicated fryers. However, it's definitely worth downloading their app because they offer a great selection of gluten-free beers, including a lovely ginger beer. The waitress assured me that the ginger beer was gluten-free, which was a relief after my experience at another restaurant where I faced lots of questions over the drinks. I ordered the pork ribs, and they were absolutely delicious. So far, I haven't experienced any issues with the fries, which seems to indicate they're safe. The menu is solid, featuring nachos, customizable burgers, pizza, pasta, and, of course, the slow-cooked pork ribs, which they do exceptionally well. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with an open fire, and my husband enjoyed finishing his tasting beers on a comfortable couch after our meal. We did consider sitting outside on the deck, but it turned out to be far too chilly.

This is an excellent gluten-free restaurant, brewery, and shop. They offer six gluten-free beers, including ciders and ginger beer. The selection features Taupo Pale Ale, Hazy Pale Ale, Sinker Porter, PLAYER Pilsner, Hook Amber Lager, and Stricker Black Lager.

Gluten-free beers are safe for those with celiac disease, accompanied by a certificate for verification (I didn't see it but trusted the bartender). The gluten-free chips are cooked in a separate fryer. The beers have distinct flavors, which is fantastic, given that many gluten-free options tend to taste quite similar. I genuinely hope this place thrives, as it's been a pleasure to enjoy a beer tasting flight here!
