Excellent service by all the staff and always with a smile especially Nuwan and Krishan! They were so friendly and superb with the kids and great choice of food!

Firstly the people, they are all amazing with hospitality as a genuine and natural attribute. The comfort and sheet beauty of the place has few equals in my opinion. The food and beverage options are wonderful and the staff here really want you to have a great time; they offer advice when asked, not just a passive smile. Krishan at breakfast suggested a place to buy good quality and good value jewellery nearby (after I couldn’t find anywhere)… he communicates with an infectious grin… as do so many of his colleagues. Magical!

The Restaurant has a beautiful view over the Resort. The food is amazing and every evening there is a new selection. But especially great is the service. Never before have we experience such nice, kind and busy working people. They are always ready to help, always offering their assistance und just generally so friendly.
