Zaxbys is always good! Their cob salad was surprisingly good!

Awesome and fast service! As a first time door dasher, my child ordered. The professionalism and how nice the deliverer was... amazing! We will be doing this service more and continuing to enjoy the great service inside the restaurant and drive through.

Several months ago they had the best ppl working giving out the best food with the cleanest store and best service but they hired a bunch of kids and now it's all gone to hell food is nasty chicken had big pieces of fat and the other chicken looked as if it had been under the warmer all day service was terrible and took way longer than it would to have thrown the nasty food in the box(which is what we got) then it should have

Very Sorry service. Lady order taking and in drive thru was rude. Food was cold. I work in the restaurant industry and how the employees acted today should never happen. Seems like they need to be trained more before being left alone as the order taker couldn’t find anything to ring up.

We have eaten here several times and it seems that they don't know how to set up the soft drinker. the coke products are always diluted. So I usually only drink tee. Today it was really busy and I heard others complain about the softdrinks. I will avoid these zaxbys for a past.
