Arby's - Talladega

The man who worked the drive-thru tonight was the most pleasant, friendly, and polite person I have ever had the pleasure of being served by in a restaurant. Although I didn't get his name, I will certainly return for the exceptional service. Thank you, sir.

Very good experience, clean restroom, food served up promptly, and cashier was very nice . I ate inside and had double roast beef combo, I recommend this establishment!

The food was delicious, but I believe the manager may need to work on their communication skills and be more pleasant towards customers.

The meat on our sandwich was dry, like it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were also stale, and all in little pieces, I would not recommend eating here. My family won't be going back.

Food was great but were out of most things including roast beef. The drive thru needs some repairs I almost messed up my car.
