Sonic Drive-in - Talladega

I was surprised that it took more than 20 minutes to receive a chili cheese dog and two drinks. Also, this is the first Sonic I have visited with over 20 stalls, but they only serve customers using the drive-through and not the stalls. Wow, just wow!

I have been dining at this Sonic location for many years. Recently, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food. The French fries were surprisingly hard and not enjoyable to eat. I will not be returning until I see a sign indicating that the restaurant is under new management.

I can't say enough good things about Sonic. Their food is incredible. I particularly enjoy the footlong American Style hot dog. Their drinks are huge and packed with ice. The staff is always friendly and the drive-thru is speedy. I wouldn't classify Sonic's fast food as typical fast food - it's just too delicious.

The stars are for customer service team at corporate office.Seriously, no service from the menu,Everything is app ordered or drive through and the food was horrible ?.People are the difference between good service and bad service.I loved Sonic few years ago.Now, I am leary when I order.All are not like this one, but for now avoid Talladega Sonic until the post a convincing reason to come in.
