Bidrage med feedbackGreat little place. Excellent food. Small but varied beer menu. Only the complaint was the bowl in which my Cobb salad was served was so full, It was hard to mix. A larger bowl would have made it easier to spread the delicious food. Don't miss the hidden gem. The most important is the $4 design with your lunch order.
We brought our 3 years old to brunch (they have high chairs) and had a great experience with the staff. The atmosphere is really cool, cozy also comes in mind. The food was pretty good, but the portions were definitely too small. Both my wife and I went quite hungry and that was French toast on our own breakfast after eating a part of our sons. My ash browns were also quite cold. Benny's eggs are delicious. If I went back, I would expect to order several courses and that would be for a very expensive brunch. I hope they do this!
To start, the chef sent out an amuse-bouche: a delightful cracker topped with seeds and cranberry sauce, which was a lovely beginning to our dining experience. We ordered the “Hush the Muggles” hush puppies and the allium flatbread, both of which were delicious and perfect for sharing between two to four people. For our main courses, we chose the duck pot pie and the chef's steak of the day. Both dishes were outstanding. I had the steak, which was cooked to perfection. I’m inspired to recreate such a steak at home! The dish came with a lovely cherry mustard sauce on the side, which was light and complemented the roasted Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes beautifully. By the end of the meal, we were quite full and decided to skip dessert, opting instead for some pastries to take home. We will definitely be returning!
Great bakery for breakfast. The coffee is great. Have not tried for dinner yet, but on the basis of the mood, I expect it to be great.
What a fantastic place to enjoy a great meal! I had both breakfast and dinner here, and I was impressed with each. The French pastries were incredibly delicate and delicious; they transported me back to Europe. I even had the pleasure of meeting the pastry chef behind the delightful creations I savored. My dinner was an amazing experience, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. I ordered the throwback steak, which was tender and cooked to perfection. From the warm welcome by the hostess to the exceptional food and attentive staff, I give a big shoutout to Eric Alderman for providing such an outstanding dining experience.
