Kfc - Syracuse

I genuinely can't understand why anyone would choose to eat at KFC. In my opinion, it's one of the worst fast food chains, right alongside Burger King.

I'm not quite sure what's happening at this restaurant, but my last three orders have been a disaster. We ordered the three-piece meals, which are supposed to come with two chicken breasts and one wing, but on multiple occasions, they delivered two thighs instead. Additionally, our drinks were missing, the biscuits were undercooked, and the sides were incorrect. It's clear that there’s a lack of concern for food quality and consistency at this location. Our experiences have been so disappointing that we will never order from here again. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else to avoid the frustration.

This KFC location has some serious issues with service speed and maintenance. The interior feels quite rundown, and I noticed a puddle of water in the middle of the floor. Additionally, one side of the restaurant was cordoned off. The rug that should be in front of the counter was rolled up, causing several customers to trip on it while trying to place their orders.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. 8pm, no pot pies, no baked beans, no Pepsi, the list goes on. Finally just ordered 2 famous bowl meals with fries. Receipt for 8:04pm, given drinks at drive thru window and told to pull forward and food will beright out. 3 cars come and go behind me with their orders and by 8:17 still no food. 8:20 I went inside to see what was goingon, I tell the man I'm still waiting on my food and he says oh ok. I can see them making orders with mashed potatoes, Mac andcheese, and chicken nuggets.. so CLEARLY I'm not waiting for fresh food. Finally I see them make my food after another 5 minuteswith food that's already been in containers, hands me the bag of bowls and tells me it'll be another 2 minutes for fries. 5minutes later.... NEVER AGAIN. I should've just gotten my money back and if I wasn't for my kids being hungry and tired after analready long and stressful day I would have. No apology/explanation or anything.

So today I went rock climbing ??????? and took a nasty fall ????. I smacked my head ???? on my shoulder and that just gave me a nasty headache. I figured the best way to treat ???? my headache was with a nice nashville hot chicken tenders combo????????????. I arrived at this KFC location at approximately at 9:30 PM9??3??0??, the main sign stated Now open until10pm????0??0?? . Okay, great I still have plenty of time????. I attempted to open the front door but was shocked to find it waslocked!! ???? Gasp! ????Thats okay, it is probably drive thru only, no problem ????. Upon approaching the drive thru speaker, Iwas abruptly told this KFC is closed! ????What!!! ????How could this be!!!??!!?! It was only 9:30??? ???????????????? I had todrive another 15 minutes to Liverpool to get my spicy tendies. I feel lied to and betrayed by the Colonel. ????????????
