There may be a slight wait at times, but the food is good overall and the staff is friendly. Keep up the great work!

These are by far the best burgers I have ever had. The beef, chicken, and bacon are all raised without hormones or antibiotics. The root beer is served in frosty mugs, and there is a burger size to satisfy every appetite.

Had the regular Mama burger platter, delicious as usual. Wish they had diet 7-up. My friend had the double Mama burger platter.............it disappeared in short order.

Should eat in, I find mistakes when taking food from drive-thru, their fries are very thick so I find they are never cooked well enough

We rarely think to go to A&W. We thought we would dash through the drive through on our way to a birthday party. We ordered two double buddy burgers and a mama burger. No combos- just the burgers. The guy at the window was really chatty. He told me he asks a lot of questions on the speaker and to forgive him. Then proceeded to complain about how everyone stomps their feet in the entrance of the restaurant and makes it hard for him to clean. I had no idea why he was telling us that because we were in the drive thru. He didn't appear to be overly busy at that time to stand and chat with us like that.We ordered our food and he asked us to park in the front to ensure our food was fresh. We waited for 15 minutes and it became apparent we were forgotten. And now almost late for the birthday party. I waited the full 15 minutes and decided to go in and find out if we were forgotten or not.I went in and it took him a few minutes to acknowledge/recognize me. (He was serving others) I told him we were forgotten in the drive thru and had been at that time waiting close to 20 minutes. He told me that he was busy and I should just see how busy he was. He proceeded to wave his arms around like I was being unreasonable. I told him that waiting 20 minutes for 3 burgers was not acceptable and I would just take a refund at that point-- we couldn't wait any longer.He told me my order was ready (It had been sitting there) and handed the bag to me. I went out and looked in the bag to realize I was missing a buddy burger. I went back in and he told me I didn't order two, I just ordered a double. (Should have kept my receipt-- I had said no at the window). He did not offer to fix the order or compensate us in anyway for having to wait 20 minutes for the wrong order. I couldn't believe how he spoke to me. I'll admit, I was flustered and annoyed because we were late and had been waiting 20 minute but I never rose my voice or made a scene. The man standing next to me looked at me and told me he had been waiting a long time too and he couldn't believe I had to come in to find my drive thru food- totally against the purpose of doing drive thru.We won't be back. We left with an incomplete order and my child didn't get his burger. I have never received such poor customer service before. If it's that busy of a restaurant, they need more than 2 workers. There are lots of burger joints in town, and they appreciate the business.
