Burger King - Sunderland

I just wanted to mention that the manager is fantastic! When I went there yesterday with my father, the burgers were cold, but the fries were hot. The manager took the burgers back and brought us fresh ones. He even offered us more fries and sauces, even though we already had some. Despite the initial issue, my father and I had a wonderful meal. I hope they continue to provide such great service!

I visited the restaurant and arrived 20 minutes before closing, which felt a bit rushed due to the impending closure. The staff member seemed a bit overwhelmed after a long day, but the other two employees were fine. Everything was locked up, and it was just a matter of getting our order. The food was nice and reasonably priced. However, I had a small issue: I ordered two children's meals, but only one came with a toy, which left one of my kids disappointed. Overall, the food was good, but I'd like to visit during the day for a more thorough review.

It is in order, not the best of places toilets are absolutely ming, although need cleaning. cashiers are slow and always talk when you don't offer customers a good start. the tables and chairs are very low and not suitable for higher people. would not recommend this place.

Fast eating, but rolls almost always stale and crispy, coffee tastes like machine needs cleaning. employees and management laugh and show each other things on phones, while customers queued. poor.

Don't get the meals from here large chips are small chips at macdonalds I warned you first. If you go inside, you have to pour your own drink as well so pick cheapest drink, then fill with one you want. Won't be back at all. Everything is small size and prices ridiculous
