Serendipity Tea Trinkets - Sunderland

I really enjoyed my visit to this charming little cafe for tea and a snack. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I made a reservation at Serendipity for my daughter and her fiancé to celebrate their engagement. We enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea, and June and Robin were exceptional hosts. The food was scrumptious and the tables were elegantly arranged. I highly recommend this charming little tea shop as a perfect venue for any special occasion.

Serendipity catered an afternoon tea at our wedding earlier this summer and it was superb. The food was delicious and drew lots of appreciative comments from our guests, and Robin was a pleasure to do business with professional, friendly and made things very easy for us. We have no hesitation recommending Serendipity for any event you might be hosting!

My friend and I stopped by for a sandwich and tea/juice, and it was excellent. We adored the atmosphere, and the waitress was delightful. I have passed by many times on my way to work and always waved, so it was great to finally go in and say hello. I grabbed a menu to take home, and the options all sound amazing. I am looking forward to returning. My friend also purchased some tea to go and she is thrilled with it. Thank you!

A serendipitous surprise! What a wonderful place! It 's beautiful inside, much bigger than it looks from the front, with lots of little trinkets, tucked away in every corner. I could resist a couple of vintage Christmas jumpers or the 'blondie ' a white, peanut brownie. Delicious!!
