Waffle House - Summerville

Will the cook was amazing. The lady who took my order was undoubtedly the sweetest, although I didn't catch her name, she was great. I felt bad, I just tipped her five dollars, but it was all I had. Love the food.

First off the men's bathroom is nasty. Second the staff kept asking I people were ordering takeout. No I want to eat here. Lastly I love waffle houses biscuits and gravy. It's the only thing I go there for. I know it's cheap so I tip well because servers live on tips. What stopped me from tipping good is because I had to eat it with me hands.

Seeing someone take extra steps (Will the cook) out of their main job description is extremely hard to find. The cook Will is one of those people that employers wish they could find. This man should definitely get a raise because not only did he overcome the shortness of staff, he had a smile the whole time and was very tentative being a team player with a smile. If he isn 't at the top of the pay rate he should be. You never know someone could find him a job at the party rate this needle in a haystack deserves. ??. Will brightened my day putting a smile on my face with how he handle waffle House is short staffed shift this evening. Thank you Will??

The food was good. Wait staff was great. The waitress realized my mom's waffle was a bit dark so had one remade. We were on a budget so shared meals. The waitress made sure each thing was on separate plates so we all could eat. Service dog friendly.

Check your orders when ordering from here. I placed an order online and let?s just say I was very disappointed in what I found in my bag. My hash brown did not have gravy, as I paid and ordered.The steaks, sirloin, looked as if it was ripped apart to be enough for my order. When I asked if I could order/pay for 2 additional steaks the waitress seemed upset. She constantly walked back and forth past me after that. I had to tell another waitress that I was missing my gravy. This is exactly why I do not tip online.
