Dunkin' - Summerville

After waiting 10 minutes for a 50 count of munchkins the guy who took our order asked us what we were waiting on. We were one of 2 orders. The drive through was pretty busy but that didn’t bother the two managers who were out front sitting at a table on their phones, smoking cigarettes. Great

Servers were nice but didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Employees could benefit from reading order details when handing customers their order at drive thru. 90% of the time I get handed my drink, but not my food order. I have to remind them what I ordered.

If I could give zero, I would. I stood for 20 minutes in line. The mobile screen wasn’t working and the workers completely ignored the line waiting. Nobody ever came to the register, they just kept making drinks.

We waited over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were at the counter.
