Dunkin' - Summerville

Pretty disappointed by the presentation and quality of the new chocolate chip banana bread. not at all worth the $3+

Went to this location for the 1st time on 3/11/24 got a carmel craze signature latte and another drink. Got half way home before I tried the drink and it tasted like fish and something sour. It was disgusting. Got home and my son tried his and he asked me why does my drink taste like fish. Had to dump them both out. So disappointing, will never go back to this location again.

Never had an issue when I have been going to Dunkin. Had to wait over 30 minutes in line to get my order.

MY PROBLEM IS I THINK I LEFT DEBIT CARD THERE YESTERDAY AND I'VE BEEN CALLING ALL DAMN DAY AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY EYES. ILL NEVER GO BAK BUT I NEED TO SEE IF MY DEBIT CARD ID THERE!!!!!!!

The drive-thru cashier has a nice-nasty, attitude. I've been to this location 3x because it's near my ortho and they always add cream to my coffee when I ask for sugar only. I'm never going here again!
