Dragon Express Chinese - Summerville

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I called for delivery, was told 45 minutes. So i waited, and waited… and WAITED!! 2 HOURS LATER. My patience has been stretched so I called to ask about it. Gentleman picked up the phone, i asked whats going on with my order it has been 2 hours. Only to be told that they DONT DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS. Despite the fact that when i first placed the order, they confirmed my address was within distance. I was ANGRY. If they couldnt deliver after receiving my order, i would’ve understood. But they had the audacity to not bother to call and let me know AT ALL. What horrible service. No lunch for me and my family i suppose, just gotta eat something quick and hold out to dinner time. When i spoke to them, they really seem like they couldn’t care any less. No call, no text, nothing. First time trying this place, now its the last. I live 28 minutes away.

Rice very sub par. Won ton undercooked, ordered 5 dishes nobody was happy. Half the food we tossed in rubbish. Won’t purchase from here again.

The food is always hot and fresh. They were also open on Thanksgiving which was a plus due to some unfortunate events that took place with me. This is now officially my favorite Chinese restaurant!!

Cashchew chicken is awesome! Chicken Fried rice was great as well. Will definitely be back!

Same situation as with another nearby Chinese restaurant. Good food, but diabetics beware, they don't allow substituting sides of rice or noodles for vegetables even if you're willing to pay extra. You'll have to buy a side of vegetables on the side and throw away the rice or noodles. Wasteful.
