Arby's - Summerville

What the heck Arby's? I ordered a crispy chicken salad. I received a side salad with old chicken that is too hard to eat.

Service seemed to be lacking, as only 1 person seemed to be working. And I waited a pretty long time, and I ordered to dine in. I did not get a receipt so I cannot stop the survey on the qr code at the table. The floor in the dining area is so disgusting, and needs to be replaced, with either tile or something else that's not carpet. Disgusting. The flies/fruit flies .. the men's restroom, someone smoked cigarettes in there and they didn't wash their hands, as there was NO soap in the men's restroom. Two employees seemed to step outside to smoke while we ate and no one was at the counter. I feel nauseated as I write this, and when looking for the food grade, there is none! See photos. I mean it's Arby's. It's not my most favorite place but I was pretty good. Seemed to be very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. It was very fast service.

Went to drive in order the half pounder oh beef and cheddar. Total the price waited in line for a long time. Got to the window finally and was told no roast beef wow what poor management. Give Arby's a 1 very poor rating.

We went through the drive-through. The gentleman taking our order was a little hard to hear, but did an excellent job. It was no problem to add fries when we drove up to pay.
