Service was shocking stood at the till waiting to pay while the server's saw to other customers. Live 20min from the Stratford Subway, got home and half away into eating my daughter pulled this long hair out of her sub, absolutely disgusting, should staff not wear hair net's for ensure hair is tied so hair does not end up on a customers food

Unless Manger tried to kill my son by placing cheese on a fairy allergy child's sandwich don't go here absolutely appalling. Then ignores calls and defends herself Kid-friendliness: Shocking Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$10–20

I ordered 4 subs and was told it would be 15 minutes. I had to wait thirty minutes before I got my order. Many people went in and out while I was still waiting. This is terrible Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$20–30
