Travelled all the way from Australia to try the blue cheese pie. 10 stars out of 5 if that’s possible, I thought a blue cheese pie would be too rich but it was perfectly balanced. I met Craig the owner and he and his staff were a wonderful representation of an honest, hard working cafe producing stand out food. My only regret was not ordering more. Be back soon.

The pie was delicious, and the kumara chips were great too. I also enjoyed a tasty breakfast wrap. I didn't try the coffee, but they do offer milkshakes as well. It looks like they also have a full fish and chips menu!

Just a pie you might say..... Your wrong! Had the pleasure of trying a steak and onion pie. Caramelised onions on top just under pastry. Wow moment! Large flat white coffee. Sad, as hot milk. No colour or any coffee hit.
