Great guick service. Lines weren't too long. Delicious creamy ice cream Lots of parking. A few sitting benches. Wheel chair accessible.

Just moved to the area and Rita’s will be my go-to on hot summer days! I got the chocolate custard. So good!

Products were delicious, customer service should be better

Everyone was nice to us when we went. But I ordered a Reese's mudslide, it always tastes good but when I went, my ice cream seemed to be melted a min after we got it.

Close at 9, but it is 7 pm, and they have the lights off for the signs and awning. The only thing that lets you know there open is the open neon sign, which you can't see till you pill in. My order took forever. The one girl was taking her sweet time with her two friends at the window and their dog.. she was talking low with her friends and looking over her shoulder to the other girl cleaning with nasty looks. It looked very unprofessional. I'm all for cleaning to get done early but you have two hours till close. That girl never once stopped to help the line backing up due to the other girl' sara talking to her friends. It us ually a very pleasant time coming here. Warm and friendly. I did not feel or get that vibe tonight from the two working .
