Starbucks Coffee - Sterling

We visited this restaurant today just two minutes before closing (we didn't realize it when we entered). The staff was incredible—extremely friendly and in no rush whatsoever. I would have been frustrated if someone came in while I was closing up, but they didn’t show any signs of annoyance! I truly appreciate the excellent service and fantastic drinks. I'm really sorry for coming in so close to closing time!

I'm torn between giving this place 2 stars (didn't like it) and 3 stars (it's just okay), so I'll settle somewhere in between. The service was extremely slow, especially considering there were 5-6 employees working behind the counter and in the back, and there was hardly any line. I only ordered a tall cold brew and a tall pike, along with a few other drink orders. As someone who lives in NYC, I have certain expectations for a quicker pace, and this place definitely wouldn't be able to keep up. That said, I understand this isn't New York City, which is why I'm leaning towards calling it just okay.

One of the best Starbucks outlets in the Northern Virginia. The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. My order was prepared in accordance with instructions provided by me. Exactly what I wanted. They have very cosy outside seatings. The great place to finish the assignments on your notebook.

Visiting Giants in the Cascades Shopping center, I visited the Starbucks forgetting that they had royally messed up my tea order for coffee. On arriving the Police were finishing up some sort of problem and there was a line for orders. The Manger apologized. I ordered my London Fog which is a tea latte and although the line finished quickly, saw that my cup which requires 2 teabags was sitting on the counter and no one was paying attention until asked. Even then it too an abnormal amount of time to prepare. They also got my breakfast item wrong. This is now the second and last time I will visit. It has to be the worse managed Starbucks in the immediate area.

Warm greetings, smile while handing me my drink, but seem disconnected and not thrilled to be there while making the drinks, like they we're somewhere else. So they earned a great, not outstanding.
