Buffalo Wild Wings - Sterling

Everything was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to try more from their menu. I loved everything we ordered, and those pretzels were incredible!

Edited 1:40 PM: I finally received my order, and, unsurprisingly, it was cold. I placed this order on Thursday, 11/18/2021, for their BOGO boneless wings, but I only received 6 wings instead of the expected 20.

I ordered the wings combo and I noticed that the price of chicken wings has really increased lately. The dry rub and sauce were excellent, the slaw was fresh and crunchy, and the fries were served hot. I do wish the portion of fries was larger, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The service was quick and attentive.

Wish I could rate this location less than 1 star. This location is spoiling name of Buffalo wild wings chain. Had been to this location for dining and there were only 2 group of people present apart from us , so it was really slow. Ordered food , the food was served almost after 30 minutes . Food was served but no plates or spoon or napkins were provided. Had to get up and go to the front to ask for it. Even after that, it was not provided and food was getting cold. Finally went again and then the server came with the plates and napkins. No water was served. The service was completely pathetic. Throughout the dining, the server did not even visited once to check on us. Finally came at the end for the bill and did that even with considerable delay. When spoke with manager, the manager was least concerned as well and not even apologetic and so was the server. Service is equally important along with food quality. With this kind of service, the location is definitely going to loose customers sooner or later. There are better BWW locations out there ?

I like this place for ambiance. Loved their wings with Thai curry, street taco?s. Also they don?t have spinach artichoke dip and chips.
