Taco Bell - Statesville

Taco Bell use to be a much better place, and honestly, pretty cheap. Nowadays, it's expensive compared to other Fast-Food places, but you barely get any meat. This location especially treat their customers like they're all Vegetarian. While the food tastes good (especially paired with fire sauce), expected to be hungry or spend like $14 dollars. For that price point, I can order a large pizza or eat I side of a pizza buffet.... with infinite drinks! The only time I'll consider Taco Bell is during the night while everything else is closed. Other than that, I have options that are much better bang for my buck. If the meat portions were increased, this place could easily be a 4 or 5 star.

Chicken Burrito tasted like straight onion, I spit it out and had to pick majority of it off. Cinnabon bites were 2 quarter sized balls enough for a tease. Cheese Quesodilla had cheese mostly on one side. The Cinnabon was good and the one half of the Quesodilla was good.

Please change your times and stop false advertising. Hours posted say open until 2AM. You guys obviously stop taking orders and phone calls before 1AM, as I have gone to/called BOTH Statesville locations on MULTIPLE occasions. Don’t appreciate the false advertising. If you close before 2AM, then fine. Just be honest about it or AT LEAST answer the phone before I waste gas checking for myself since your site says otherwise.

Great taco bell staff. Was served before they open by a few minutes for breakfast. Extremely nice people work here.

Every single time I've placed a mobile order recently, there has been a mistake—whether it’s a customization that wasn’t completed or items that were entirely missing. I’ve tried to address these issues both through the website, which doesn’t seem to help, and in person, but I’ve been met with refusals for refunds or to correct the missing items. I’ve lost count of how many times I've paid for a customization only to have it ignored. In fact, it seems like every order I've placed in the last few months has had some sort of issue. There have even been instances where the food arrived completely drenched in grease, wrappers and all, making it practically inedible. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care from the staff. I've previously given this location and the one nearby positive reviews, but it looks like I may need to drive a bit farther for better service. Taco Bell, I hope you take action to address the shortcomings at this location.
